We use your name, contact details, country, programme choice and time preferences to respond to your enquiry. Phone number and message are optional. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health details.
Your enquiry is saved privately in WordPress for authorised administrators, and an email notification may be sent. Your enquiry consent does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
When WordPress storage is used, records are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Cleanup depends on WordPress scheduled tasks; email and external-provider copies are handled separately. Request access, correction or deletion through the site’s contact options or in reply to our response.
